How this corridor was mapped to routes
The Tremont Avenue Busway card (Webster Avenue to Southern Boulevard, p. 21) names the Bx36, citing 39,000 daily riders. The Bx40 and Bx42 are also tracked because they run East Tremont east of Southern Boulevard. The Bx15 only crosses at Third Avenue and is excluded. (Verified July 11, 2026; corrections welcome.)
