Routes on this corridor
| Route | Baseline mph | Riders/day | Full-run time (derived) | Trend |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BX12 | 8.31 | 4,128 | 59.7 min full run | |
| BX12+ | 8.82 | 13,264 | 55.5 min full run | |
| BX9 | 5.75 | 8,578 | 66.8 min full run | |
| BX17 | 5.8 | 2,701 | 58.7 min full run | |
| BX22 | 6.1 | 4,266 | 66.4 min full run |
Full-run time is derived: route length divided by average speed. Rider counts are fare-paid boardings, weekdays 7am–7pm, on tracked local routes. The plan's own rider figures count all riders, all day, so they run higher.

How this corridor was mapped to routes
The plan's project card (p. 21) names the Bx12 local, Bx12 SBS, Bx9, Bx17, and Bx22 for Fordham Road, citing 130,000 daily riders. The Bx12 SBS was missed by automated matching because its published timepoints are terminal-only, and was added from the card. (Verified July 11, 2026; corrections welcome.)
